Tool Room

We have the facility to design and develop our own dies and tools. We have an in-house Tool Room very well equipped with all the requisite machinery and measurement instruments. Our Tool Room also has a Die Spotting Press. We repair and recondition our own customised dies and tools.

Special Purpose Die matching & Spotting Press

We own a Dies Spotting and Matching Press, which constitutes part of the Tool Room. The Dorming and Draw dies are matched maintaining the parallelism. This reduces the chances or failure at trial stage to the minimum and implementation of tools for production is quicker.
